Seller Support literally made me cry today y'all
I know the mods see things differently--maybe even see sellers as whiny and annoying but.. where there is smoke, there is fire. It is clear that the incentive for the quantity of responses is making Seller Support not very supportive
There is nothing worse than having a problem you cannot solve, asking for help, and continuously getting unhelpful condescending responses that show they have not fully investigated the problem. A chain of this led me to frustration tears today
People are already stressed and going through a lot right now. Why are you intentionally being condescending and unhelpful because you misunderstood from not fully reading? /:

I think that they have a systemic problem. It goes as follows. You lodge a complaint or problem. The AI gets the gist of it and pass it on to a rep. The AI has already established what the correct prewritten , vague email response should be and that is what you get. The rep basically just adds a name and check that one off his to do list. On to the next one. That can keep you going around and around for months. It once happened to me.

Kidding aside, Amazon outsources its customer service or seller unsupport to third world countries who don't understand an iota of first world structure and circumstances, ergo, they cannot think or have no common sense because, well, they are innocent or ignorant! Perfect strategy actually for Amazon so sellers won't have to ask lots of questions and they only pay few cents per hour to these seller unsupport teams.

How long is it since you opened thise case?
Our case is more than 3 months now.They can do nothing for help.
They just told us that if there is any progress in the future, or if you need to provide other information, we will contact you immediately.
My problem is that our list don't have prime mark and arriving time.Then buyers won't click it.
