Reactivate personal account in uk

I have two accounts with amazon, one a company account 120 items and one a personal account 6 items (mineown). I was notified that amazon considered this as a policy violation. I thus closed my person account (mineown). I then became aware that amazon had closed my company account as well which should not have happened.

I spoke to support who advised I would have to reactivate my mineown account and cancel the connection between the two before closing the account. I thus went to reactivate the mineown account and the reactivate button leads to a page which all buttons are disabled and has no view appeal button for me to do this.
I need an active button for reactivation

How do I do it ?

you can have 2 accounts, as long as both are in good standing and as along as they are both separate legal entities.

What entity was your business account - ST or Ltd ?

did your personal one have an issue first - was it flagged as wrong incorrect entity ?
Or suspended for another reason
did you list or sell the same items on both accounts ?
unfortunately the only way to get your company account reactivated is to reactive your personal account

go to performance notifications on the personal account and post the deactivation reason here

Thanks for your prompt reply. It was the personal selling account that had an identity problem so I closed the account. This then closed my business account at the same time. I cannot reactivate my business account as clicking the reactivate in the personal account brings me to a page where there are no clickable buttons to give me chance to appeal or give reasons why I want to do this

The original problem was amazon did not recognise that my personal account was personal and demanded that I supply details of my business which I couldn’t do obviously. I assumed that if I closed my personal account which they didn’t seem to like, that would solve the problem. Bad move.
Anyway I’m amazed at your knowledge of these problems and going forward any ideas how I get my product back on amazon ?

Massive learning curve for the mistakes I have made.

1/ They said I had selected the wrong legal entity on the personal account and requested I change it . YES true
2/ I did have “new” on my items

I’ve have deleted two items and requested that NEW be taken off the other three, not that this makes any difference at this point.

So long term how do I get the company products back on amazon ?

I think this is a lost cause.

If I go for identity in the accounts, the next screen produces a screen which has a “Submit for verification” which is disabled. So there are no active buttons on the screen. So I cannot update it or appeal it
With the products on my person account it will not allow me to add products.

Amazon has made it impossible to correct my errors

Hi

I had two accounts. A business account elementery and a personal one mineown. Amazon was asking me to change mineown from a individual account to a business account which I could not do as it was not a business account (not having business documentation). This made it impossible.

This would have possibly have solved it at the time. I assumed that ST (sole trader) for my personal account (mineown) was refering to a business.
I still have the problem that I cannot access the identity page to attempt this ?

I would ask two last things.
Should I now close my company account elementery which I believe is currently inactive and is there any long term way to get our product back on amazon ?
