No buy now buttons or add to basket on listings
i started listing over the weekend and although the listings are active i think there are no buy now or add to basket on my listings
is it normal
is there a delay

As a new seller, not seeing the buy box/button is normal.
The buy now button, or Buy Box as it known, will not appear for new sellers (sellers must be selling for a minimum of 90 days before they are eligible). There are other criteria that need to be met before a seller will ‘Win’ the Buy Box. See here for more details.
For sellers whose listing is active but they are not winning the buy box, their active offer will be still available through the active offers link that is, where it says ‘1 new’ in the product description page.
If there is no active offer, it is best to contact Seller Support through the security of your seller central and Amazon can check the listing for you.
