My Amazon account has been deactivated

Amazon deactivated my account but I don't know, I didn't do anything. They asked for utility bill. I uploaded the bill but they did not reactivated my account and they send the below email that your seller account has been engaged in deceptive, fraudulent our customers.

I don't know how to this happen and how to resolve this issue.

Please help me to reactivate my account.
