How to Track Inventory Movement for a Specific FC Transfer

Does anyone know how to track the inventory ins and outs from warehouse to warehouse of a specific FC transfer. Seller support was not very helpful and recommended the Inventory Ledger Report, but each transfer log has no reference ID, so I cannot track any specific FC transfer from a warehouse to another warehouse. Also, the shipment manager will only show you a list of where units went, not how many units of which SKU was sent.

This desire to track FC Transfers stems from the need to figure out just how a warehouse (RFD2) was able to receive and then transfer 100 more units than I sent them. It's clearly a mistake on Amazon's Receiving team's end, but I want to be able to see if they actually transferred the units out, then how were they received? Seems like there would be some glaring discrepancies if I could only have access to the data.

Anyone know how to track the inventory of a specific FC transfer?

Hi @Seller_kfWCTsN5kgI5T,

I appreciate you reaching out with this question!

To my knowledge, I believe Seller Support is correct, the Inventory Ledger report should provide you with the information you're looking for. In that report, you should be able to access various details about your inventory, including warehouse transfers (this information will be located in the "Warehouse transfer in/out" field). Additionally, you should be able to see Reference IDs in the detailed view report fields. For more information on how to use this report and its different features, I'd recommend reading through this help page.

Now in regards to the shipment discrepancy, I have recently responded to you other in your thread about this right here. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance with that shipment, please continue to utilize that thread.

Thanks so much,

Jameson
