For the past week our sales have nosedived and we have noticed that PRIME sales(SFP) have the wrong delivery times on
A good example....today (Saturday-EVRYTHING that sold woudl usually be dispatch Saturday for next day delivery (Monday), yet EVERYTHING is showing as ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
One listing is showing delivery as Wednesday (when in fact it should be Tuesday).
We have not changed (I have also checked) handling times, shipping location etc etc.
This is killing our sales, so any ideas? I've emailed Amazon but expect the usual useless reply at some point.
