I am going round in circles. Amazon verification of seller account won't accept my letter of authorisation from Know Your Customer.

"Letter of Authorisation should be on a business letter head (it is) containing business name (yes, registered business name) and point of contact name (yes, my registered contact name) as provided while registering...signed by a legal representative of business. (yes) ...issued on or after 14 Aug 2024 (yes)

But it just keeps coming back saying the same thing after uploading. What am I missing here?

I added my UTR but as suggested elsewhere but no difference.

Amazon has required a letter of authorisation. I am confuse what letter they are refering to?

Hi All,

I am currently having issues with amazon legal authorisation letter. I have used their latest template they have issues with my details. I am registered as a sole trader in Republic of ireland which is the location I will be trading from. Is there any other letter I could possibly upload to amazon from revenue which will satisfy amazon ?

Note: I have registered the sole trader name as "company name" to a different registered address which matches all my bank account with the company names. Current letter uploaded was counter signed and stamped with every word matching the amazon account details.

Any recommendations on this ? as there is very little details on Ireland and majority are in UK regarding HMRC.
