Utility Bill and Business License (if applicable) for Account Verification

I am a non-UK seller with UK based Ltd Company. My company is registered on Virtual Address which I acquired from Icons Office. Till now, all required documents were provided to Amazon for verification.

For primary contact person, Passport and Bank Statement of my account in country of residence were provided.

For Business, Company Documents and Rent Receipt provided by Icons Office were provided to Amazon.

Charge and Deposit Methods are verified by Amazon.

Off late, Amazon has asked for Utility Bill and Business License (if applicable). Also, I need to tick ‘There is a valid, chargeable credit card on file’ even though my charge method is verified.

Is it logical to provide a utility bill for virtual business address? What’s the way forward in this case?

What ‘Business License (if applicable)’ means as I am clueless about it?

My charge method is already verified. Why Amazon needs to re-confirm Credit Card status? Is it some sort of red flag regarding charge method?
