How to Merge/Transfer Seller account to another in the same Region

Hi Everyone!

I came on here because unfortunately the support team weren’t able to give me a definitive answer, and I was wondering if anyone knows about the following:

So I have two Amazon Seller accounts registered to two different companies, let’s call the two accounts : Company 1 & Company 2

Company 1 has:

• All my listings
• Brand registry’s
• Inventory Space
• Approval for certain categories

And I want to move this whole thing over to the new company: Company 2

I looked into the ‘Transfer Account’ option but I’m not sure if this will work if Company 2 already has a Amazon Seller Account.

I was also told that it’s possible to merge both accounts together and Company 1 will no longer exist and the business owner of the listings etc will belong to Company 2’s business.

Honestly I’m just not sure how to go about this. I want Company 1 to no longer exist and give everything to Company 2 (Because having to get approvals and the inventory space again took a very long time).
