Parcel has been delivered and received by MANIFEST

My pallet from China through DPD was despatched on 18/06/2025 and delivered to Amazon warehouse on 18/07/2025, status of the shipment on DPD website shows that delivered and received by MANIFEST. Today in 08/08/2025 but still I cannot see any inventory been added and still no sign from Amazon when this inventory will be added to the ASIN. Raised a query with Amazon but looks like a copy paste reply back.
Has anyone experienced the same?

@Seller_FOjTnNjLxuIfT Hello! I wanted to check in if you are still needing assistance here? If so, can you please provide your Seller Support Case ID that you are referencing in this thread?
If you haven't already done so, you can attempt to reconcile your shipment if you are still showing inventory discrepancies vs what was sent.
The shipment status in your shipment summary page should be updated automatically based on the tracking information that was provided. There are instances where the status may not display as expected if signals between the carrier and Amazon’s system do not sync.

Hello, My case ID is 11396181382 and issue is not resolved yet. My concern is that inventory was delivered to the Amazon Manifest on 18/07/25 as per the DPD tracking but nothing has been added to my inventory portfolio, also status of the this delivery hasn't been changed with Amazon.
