I attempted disbursement last night It confirmed it was successful but when I checked I had not been sent the usual disbursement confirmation email PLUS the disbursement showed ,...no disbursement was made.
I assumed I had made an error so over 24 hours later, ie so eligible for a disbursement. I actioned a £810 disbursement and I enclose screenshots which confirmed I had "successful initiated transfer" ie the same message I have always received in the past.
BUT again it then showed the full amount (including the £810) was in my balance and on checking it stated that "no disbursement made"
Confusing as initially it confirmed that the disbursement had been successful and then a minute later completely cancelled out the disbursements
I have only had issue with disbursement before when the changeover to the "7 day balance" came into play a couple months ag
The £810 I have tried to disburse was funds from over 7 days ago so completely eligible to be disbursed

I suspect this is a glitch in the system and we will have to wait for them to return from hols to sort it out - frustrating!

On further investigation, saw that I had to re verify my bank account details. Once I did, disbursements worked as usual.

I have had the same issue this morning and having read lots of comments on the forum ( nothing at all from the AMAZON MOD that I could see) I have re-entered my bank details and uploaded a statement and the system tells me the bank is now verified. If your still stuck let me know
Sorry to hear this, Can't help, but sympathise as I am in the same boat, been selling on Amazon for over ten years, no notification or email from Amazon to say I need to verify my bank account, only found this problem through going through everything, I have now verified my bank account in deposit method in business information and it has been confirmed as verified, I have tried on 4 different occasions now to do a manual disbursement with over 24 hours between each attempt, says its successful, then it goes to account reserve briefly, then returns to open balance, I am waiting on thousands, staff to pay vat to pay other tax to pay it's just not good enough, I'm sure it will sort it's self out eventually, but it has ruined my Christmas, Happy New Year.

I had the same problem. amazon have decided that my bankaccount was not verified even though no changes were made. The only solution offered was to re-verify bank account which I did. After this the money eligible for disbursement was placed in reserve. Amazon say this is to protect my funds due tothe change. I did not get anywhere trying to explain that amazon had caused the problem!! I am furious - they now say my funds should be available today but I will wait and see!

Got the same problem here. Disbursement on 31/12/24 was initially successful then the status was changed to cancelled overnight. After reading the forums, i noticed the bank account was unverified despite being the same account we have been using for 10 years selling on Amazon.
About an hour later got an email saying that the bank account had been successfully verified but the bank account information still shows as unverified. I tried to disburse the funds and it says "no disbursement was made"
I have now woken up on New Year's Day worrying about getting the disbursements on time to pay the bills next week with slow January sales and refunds. Thank you Amazon
