Can I change my company registration number?
By accident I provided a different company registration number and now the proof of registration document that I provided is not accepted because it includes another registration number. I already contacted customer support about this matter and they told me to send an email to seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, which I did a couple of times but never got a reply. Any suggestions how to solve this?

Only the verification dept can help. I presume your email asked them to “enable” the boxed in your settings that you need to change.
Don’t keep chasing them as this sends you to the back of the queue again- keep checking your account to see if you can change the info as they don’t always tell you it’s done.
Be prepared for full verification again and possibly account suspended

You’re in for a nightmare! We changed our company name/registration number recently (asked for permission to change this) and we’ve been in verification for a couple of months now.
You’ll need to send an email from your registered Amazon email address to the seller verification email and you should receive a confirmation from them and eventually they will enable the registration number box
