Help us improve our Selling Partner Support Service

Just had an email with the above title. Is this a scam?

It’s a survey alleging to be from Amazon. It looks genuine and when you hover over the link to take the suvery the url that comes up starts with go.amazonsellerservices.com, which does belong to Amazon.

However, when I click the link it goes to https: //sports/ (there’s no gap but I put one in because otherwise it’s clickable)

One browser tells me that the server cannot be found and another tells me it’s not secure.

Is this a scam or is it that Amazon are just not interested in improving their seller support?

I had one earlier in a different category and it too does not work, opened a case which got immediately transferred into a black hole.

Methinks they don’t really want the answers!

I had the same email but ignored it. Amazon are forever telling sellers to be vigilant, not to click on links yet they send emails like this. Not that I’d have clicked on the link anyway but the text in the red box makes me think it could be a scam.
