Hello all, I have been on Amazon since 2018 (mainly US) and have passed through numerous KYC verifications periodically. Now this is something different. I have the following warning on the main page:
When I click on the button, the system says the following:
I do not have any middle name so do not have any middle name neither on my passport or on file with Amazon. This warning is so bizarre. Besides, I am unable to upload anything and the submit button is disabled. I am simply unable to upload anything.
On the other hand Amazon sent me this email, warning me to submit the required document on time and that I only have 55 days left to complete this step:
Seller support has been unresponsive. Case IDs: 9882715722 and 9862248632
Any ideas how to get through this.
P.S. I also receive the following email saying that my company has filed dormant accounts with Companies House for the annual period ended 08.2023 but that I am required to have an active company to stay on Amazon. It is just that we started selling on amazon.co.uk in Q4 2023 so this explains why we filed dormant accounts. Perhaps, the above situation has something to do with this going on in the parallel. But I really cannot make sense why Amazon displays a warning about my non-existent middle name.
Any ideas?
