They may only be sold on Amazon.de if the product detail page explicitly states that installation requires approval from relevant distribution network operators, and can only be installed by installation companies listed by the distribution network operator itself or on their approved installer list. Please add this information to the product detail page and contact our sales partner support to unblock the product.

You have to contact the Amazon seller service and request this via the help page.

BUT: Amazon customers are not used to such hints or better duties and it could lead to major problems with the product(s). This should also be discussed with the seller service.
