Did Amazon change image size when viewing in search?

Hi guys,

I just discover that some product images when viewing in Amazon listing would not take up the whole square of space. What happen here? My product also has square image when upload in Amazon, it get smaller than before. Did Amazon change size of image need to be upload?

I have noticed this as well, but I can not find anything on it, it is almost like other sellers images are automatically resizing, from horizontal to square and back, anybody got any ideas?
