Deactivated account
Our account was deactivated and we uploaded the documents they needed but they are declining them a few times. We uploaded oss registration documents, ID documents, proof of address and a few more but still they are declinign them and we have no response what is the reason why they are declining them. We changed the information in our profile but still nothing on this case. I am calling every they to them but every time they are telling me to do the same steps. I am getting sick of all of that things. I hope they review our documents and reactivate our account as soon as possible.

The team should be able to help you improve the appeal if needed.
