FBM First Class Letter (where is the option)

I recently created an amazon account after selling for a few years on other sites. My items fit the criteria for USPS first class mail. I cannot locate an option to use that service on Amazon. The shipping template only shows USPS ground advantage. Is the option available at a later time or am I missing something?
