I have been approved but I don’t like their returns policies so I have not proceeded.
Things like returnless refunds, returns costs etc. Not for me.
Was also approved for diy dot com but the free returns policy does not suit my business so again, have not proceeded. Shame.

They don't support alcohol sale yet so I'm excluded anyway.
Looking at above comment, not sure I'd want to get on board anyway.

We noped out when I saw the part of the terms and conditions that says they have a right to turn up at our warehouse with no prior notice to do inspections and they can do so as often as they like, with no right of refusal on our part.
I get why that rule is there and that it's not going to ever come up for our Liverpool based factory, but giving them the permission was still a no for us.

Yes, it's good but the returnless refund and SOO many compliances are a headache!
