Brand Approval Gating Issue - PLEASE HELP!!!
Hi,
This is my first time on this forum. I am looking to start my amazon journey but have this impossible problem.
I am currently an authorised reseller of a brand which I have permission from, the brand in question has provided me with a letter of authorisation and told me a few authorised licensed distributors of their for me to get their product to sell. I have also purchased 12 units of the product and have gotten an invoice from them so I can show Amazon this.
Once I had the authorisation letter, I submitted it to Amazon however they stated it was not enough and for me to submit an invoice of the purchase I have completed to show that I currently stock this item, which I did provide.
A day later I have been denied and have been for the past week or two with me replying to the case everyday to try to get approved again.
PS - I doubt its regarding to account health or selling history as my account has not been banned or suspended, and regarding to selling history, i doubt it is that as their is a new seller I noticed within the last week or two that is listing for this product/brand and they have no feedback apart from selling the product recently.
What can I do to get approval from Amazon as I already gotten approval from the brand. Thanks

We are having the same issue with multiple brands, we have authorisation letters but they are wanting so much more, it is very frustrating and go around in circles with automated replies and not a human looking into the cases! They demand photos of the products unpacked but we can not sell a product if its then opened. I hope they help you soon too and figure out an easier way otherwise people are going to loose custom.
