All eu VAT should go through as reverse charge. If you have registered your vat number on Amazon you shouldn’t have paid vat on that invoice anyway

The only time you pay vat on Amazon invoices is on advertising

I would also like some help with this. VAT number has now been entered in Amazon but we have three months of invoices with VAT on to reclaim as VAT reg date is 1st October but we only got our VAT number at the end of Dec. Looking at the Amazon invoices they have different EU VAT numbers on them. Is it just the invoices with a GB vat number on that we can claim the VAT back? I assume the 20% charged on LU VAT number invoices is actually luxembourg VAT and therefore not reclaimable in the UK?
