Pan EUROPEAN ACCOUNT

My VA had created my account in Pan European Account. My home market is Uk and target market is Spain.

But I only work in Spain market. How can I change?

I only wanted to work in Spain market . I also wanted to know how Amazon charge me monthly subscription fee either from Bank or From Amazon account?
