Latest time for UPS pick up?
Got a few parcels waiting to be picked up, but the slots usually say up till 5pm, but lately no specific time. Are they likely to pick up after 5pm?

When booking online its says up to 5pm. When I call, it says up to 7pm

I have had them pick up after the last pick up time (5PM) a couple of times, the driver always apologises as normally they just having a busy day.
It is also possible at the moment they are struggling like many other companies with people who are isolating due to Covid and this may lead to missed pickups.

So, I rang UPS earlier to see what the problem was.
They told me straight away that I hadn’t scheduled a delivery, but yet I have a tracking ID. But when I put it all through Amazon they didn’t ask for a specific time, just a specific day.
Anyway, I had another parcel to go today and that hasn’t been picked up either.
I asked UPS if they could sort this for today as it was important and told me they couldn’t and said earliest was Monday. Then a manager told me he would let me know today if they can somehow do today and he hasn’t contacted me.
Really not sure what to do right now.
