Someone changed our brand without our knowledge or permission filed Complaint ID: 17866157311 denied

Someone changed our brand without our knowledge or permission - I have filed a complaint as instructed and have been denied a couple of times.

Amazon please look into this and fix it so that I can send product into FBA.

Thanks

Registered and "Alive" in the USPTO? Enrolled in Brand Registry? Listing created with UPC from GS1?

Is any of that germane to the fact that someone changed the brand

Oh yes. Each of these elements is protecting a listing.

this is an older listing predating that.

And since this is a listing without UPC from GS1 it makes it vulnerable to brand changing.

There is a new process for resolving such issues, described in following thread. You can try this.

Maybe they could allow you to change the UPC to the GS1 style
View post

The UPC is not a question of "style"! GS1 is a giant database and each UPC is the DNA of a product. So, you can't change the DNA of this listing. The UPC of a listing can not be changed. Go search on the GS1 website who is the owner of this UPC. If it's the hijacker (small possibility) you have no chance to change it back.

Create a case with seller support in seller central under "Help" describing shortly the issue. But I confess, your chances are rather small. No USPTO, no Brand Registry, no matching UPC. But who knows, maybe you are lucky.

Out of curiosity: so your products are branded "East Coast Custom"? Just asking, because you neither have a website. So, ONE less reason to convince Amazon.

Hi there @Seller_v7ISKEBBFBR7H

I just took a look into your complaint ID and can see the ASIN is showing the correct brand name! Please let me know if I'm missing something or you have any other issues!
