Amazon Seller Wallet: Get your EU store cash flow ready ahead of Prime Day
Hello UK Sellers,
With Prime Day approaching, having your EU store cash flow ready to reinvest gives you a real edge on inventory planning. Amazon Seller Wallet, built for cross-currency sellers like you, helps you manage your earnings from Amazon's EU stores (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, and Belgium) — giving you full control over when and how your EUR proceeds convert to GBP. It is built directly into Seller Central, with no setup fees or minimum balance required.
Get your cash flow moving before Prime Day
Here is how Seller Wallet helps UK sellers keep EU store proceeds ready when it matters most:
- Convert EUR to GBP — Transfer your EU store proceeds to your GBP bank account at competitive exchange rates.
- Scheduled EUR to GBP transfers — Set up automatic weekly or bi-weekly transfers to your GBP bank account. Your EU store proceeds arrive on your schedule, ready to reinvest in inventory ahead of Prime Day.
- Lock in your exchange rate — View and lock in your EUR to GBP rate before every one-time transfer. No markups, no surprises — plan your inventory spend with confidence.
- All EU store funds in one view — Manage proceeds from all seven EU stores in one Seller Wallet view, with a clear picture of your available cash.
- Pay suppliers and VAT authorities at no cost — Send EUR payments to EU suppliers or VAT authorities directly from your Seller Wallet balance with zero transfer fees.
Getting started is simple:
- Go to Payments under the Seller Central homepage navigation
- Click Seller Wallet, then Enroll Now
- Confirm your stores and input the one-time passcode sent to your phone
- You will receive an email confirmation when your account is ready (typically within two hours)
If you are using the new Seller Central, go to the search bar at the top and search for "Seller Wallet" to navigate to the enrollment page.*
We'd love to hear from you:
- How are you preparing your EU store cash flow ahead of Prime Day?
- Have you set up scheduled EUR to GBP transfers yet?
- What questions do you have about getting started with Seller Wallet?
Share your thoughts below — we're here to help!
*The link takes you to the Germany store, but you can enroll from any of your seven EU stores. Once enrolled, you will see all your EU store funds in one Seller Wallet view, regardless of which store you start from. You can link up to two bank accounts for transfers.

Well seeing as Amazon now hang on to my money for no reason, cash flow is very difficult to manage.

My cash flow would be okay if you didn't hold such a huge amount in reserve.
Your post is just another example of Amazon being totally unable to read the room.

I signed up for seller wallet, but I'm unable to withdraw our funds. The dropdown menu under the text 'To Acccount' just doesn't open. This worked fine some time ago, but now no account appears. I have our deposit account verified too.

Anyone else having this problem? @Roberto_Amazon Could you please help us investigate?
