026-5714496-2672357. customer has not returned product started A-z claim won a large amount back and not returned.
Not bad for a customer and for amazon to grant have appealed and they take no notice of the facts.

For what reason did the customer open the A-Z Claim?
If a return request was opened - was this using the Amazon prepaid return labels? And did the customer start the return? What does the tracking on the prepaid return label show?
I can sense a Small Claims Court action coming soon. I would for sure.

i really hope you get it sorted, please keep us updated. Small claims court if amazon do not handle this if i were you, especially for that amount! & ignore these spam mosts above, not sure what they are all about.
