Cannot Cancel the outlet Deal

Hello,We ran an outlet deal on the wrong ASIN by mistake, we noticed the day after when 20% of our inventory had sold.We initially tried to remove the sale price and sale date from the listing; however, the price would not change.We contacted seller support who kept telling us there was no deal running when you could clearly see the deal price on the listing, I also downloaded the outlet deal report which showed the deal as &quot;RUNNING&quot;.They then asked us for a deal ID, which does not seem to exist for outlet deals, there is nothing in the report.We have now had to close the listings as we cannot change the price on it, we tried closing it for 24 hours and reactivate, when we do this the outlet deal price still shows even though we&#39;ve removed the price from the listing.We are now 3 days trying to resolve this with seller support who keep telling us there is no deal running even though you can see the deal price on the listings.Case ID: 16369258951Is there any moderator who can help with this?Thank you.

I did find your listing for the ASIN, and it is currently unavailable and I see the listing is closed. I also did a second search from Amazon.com Outlet for B0CDY58PZC. I receive a message stating there are no results for B0CDY58PZC. Could it be possible that you missed steps 4 or 5 in the cancelation process as it is noted in the help pages:If you choose to cancel after the deal begins:<ol><li>Check the Outlet Deals report to see if that ASIN is currently running a deal.</li><li>Contact Selling Partner Support to have the deal canceled.</li><li>Once you receive notification of the deal being canceled, you can either:</li><li>Update the &quot;Sale End Date&quot; to the previous day’s date, or</li><li>Remove the &quot;Sale Price&quot; on the ASIN.</li></ol>Please update me here when you have a chance. I am having the exact issue of not being able to cancel my deal even after contacting seller support. They were not able to help. Did your deal finally end after the two weeks, or did it keep running? I have 3 days left until it says the deal will end. I&#39;m wondering if I close my listing for 3 days, then will the deal be gone when I reopen it. I&#39;d like to hear your experience.
