After 9 years on this journey, I’ve learned that maintaining a work-life balance as an Amazon seller takes real strategy! If I could offer one piece of advice to new sellers, it would be to set firm boundaries and prioritize time for family, health, and personal growth — because the marketplace is demanding, and success here requires us to be both agile and resilient.
Adapting to policy changes, navigating customer-focused adjustments, and managing cases can feel like an uphill battle some days. While Amazon’s customer-centric approach is admirable, it’s true that sellers also need consistent, transparent support. For those just starting, expect a fast-paced environment where policies shift often, sometimes without much notice. Finding a rhythm means preparing to pivot quickly and not losing sight of self-care.
Despite these challenges, the opportunity Amazon provides is immense. If you’re dedicated, balancing business demands with your well-being is possible — and rewarding. Here’s to success and hopefully more open communication and support as we all grow together in this marketplace!

Pls do work for returning policy from buyer.Being as a seller we got multiple fake returns, fake buyer, product exchange which is fake and after fake returns increases you are suspended our listing which is totally revenue loss for seller. Your policy and sop's are running only for buyers even you are not giving any such authority to seller justify that fake returns are increases

Apart from all the standard things that people say, Here are 4 things that helped me:
1. Delegate where you can:
If you are truly serious about doing business on Amazon, you will have to delegate some part of your work. be it listings, maintaining account health or handling returns and claims. If you are a small seller and cannot afford a full time employee, try a good & established SPN. Trying to do everything by yourself will be extremely stressful and you will likely burn out in a couple of years.
2. Dont violate Amazon policies:
If you want to build a long term, sustainable business here on Amazon, you must not violate critical amazon policies. Especially the ones about Intellectual property, Authenticity & Product Reviews. Amazon does not tolerate people who try to game the system.

I have recently observed that Featured Offers on product pages seem to be determined by the customer's location even though they seem to meet the criteria for high standards in quality, price, reliable delivery options, and positive customer service feedback. @Sakura_Amazon_ @Noor_Amazon_
