Help Needed for account reinstatement--manual review reqeust!
My account was deactivated for the reason of "unable to verify account information and does not receive history sales"
After submitting required information including:
1. business licence
2. bill of company broadband
3. invoice of company broadband
4. ID card
however, Amazon kept replying "do not has enough information to reactivate" my account, without giving any reason.
And now Amazon even did not reply my email and make the review process to be finished directly! Which is ridiculous. I even doubt that the review and notification was made by a robot!
Here I would like to request manual checking of my files and account information, rather than by the system.
Please help to transfer the case to inner team and reinstate my account!
