Good afternoon. I recently registered, and I believe I’m doing everything correctly according to the instructions. However, in the "See All Buying Options" section, there’s always a message:
"This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location."
What do I need to do to get a regular "Add to Cart" option like everyone else?

The Buy Box is rewarded as Amazon sees fit and has to be "earned". Even if you have the needed sales history, pricing and available inventory, you may still not get, or keep, the buy box.
Depending on where you are located and what you are trying to load in your cart, the product type may not be permitted to be shipped to your location due to local laws.

Its likely that there are restrictions on this product to be shipped to specific locales. At this time this offer is available in the US. However you should ensure that your product is appropriate for Amazon and meets all laws and regulations including Amazon's Plant and seed products policies.
If you have a recent Seller Support case I can review further but I can't make any guarantees that this product will be eligible to ship to specific locales. Thank you for your understanding.
