Parent ASIN randomly changed
Hi,
I have an issue where a duplicate parent ASIN seems to have been applied to 6 child variations. Something seems to have happened with a number of my product listings which I’m trying to get sorted with Seller Central. Very VERY painful so far.
Advice I’ve received is to delete the affected ASINs, wait 24 hours and add them again via template upload. I’m not clear what I should do about the parent ASIN though. The parent ASIN for the variations seems to now show as a duplicate. Difficult to explain but screenshot below hopefully does…
Anybody got any ideas what may have happened and what should be done to resolve it? Changes seem to have randomly happened late last week.
