I canceled by mistake a shipment in transit to FBA
Good afternoon,
I made a shipment of 106 units in 4 boxes to FBA, I delivered them to DHL on October 16, 2023 and they were delivered to Amazon BJX1 warehouse on October 18, 2023, however by mistake when creating another shipment to FBA on October 17, 2023 I mistakenly cancelled the shipment in transit.
I do not know the procedure to continue with the reception process in the warehouse after an error like mine, I have already opened a case with the no. 14091330851 through the help but I have not received a positive response.
Has anyone else gone through this situation and can guide me?
Thanks in advance!

Read this post (link) where a seller stated as long as everything was labeled properly, you should be fine. The original poster also came back and reported further down in the thread that it was.

Thanks for posting that update for @Seller_DAJwzMQmlorQy, @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ.
The bad news is that we can't assist with reactivating shipments that have been cancelled. (We can assist with reactivating closed shipments, though.)
The good news, though, is that as Vernon mentioned, sellers often report that as long as the shipment's items were properly labeled, things work out for the seller.
