customer gives wrong address

The customer placed an order i sent it 48 tracked , he then says not received I sent proof of delivery, amazon refunded him , customer then places another order , he really wants the item his address is 51 ....rd that was address he gave me on the 2 orders , I sent it 48hr signed for , customer again says not recieved, I have proof on parcel signed and delivered, customer then says his address is 51c ...... rd , He never put 51c on order he placed just 51 where do I stand on this one
