Reduced product star ratings on entire portfolio

Dear Fellow Sellers,

Good morning. I am just wondering if any of you have also experienced a reduction of product star ratings?

We only have 4 variations, so it is easy for us to monitor. All 4 have been "hit."

I suspect that Amazon would not have changed their overall criteria or I would have seen some comments on here. I also suspect that following our spat with Community "Help," who didn't, that someone within Amazon has targetted our listings.
