Thank you in advance for looking into the following.
We are currently a new seller on Amazon. I keep getting error 8752 message although we have register with GS1.
We have been back and forth with amazon customer service for days on end via phone,chat and email and to no resolution although all the required information was provided,ie product title, GTIN number, screenshot etc.
We are constantly been provided with generic answers which do not solved the issue. the latest case ref is ID 9852710442.
