My U.S and Canada markets have been de-activated because of my Spanish market being de-activated - even though i don't sell or use ANY of the EU markets. Ive been selling in the U.S for 6 years now and all of a sudden this just happened.
Its been weeks now I'm losing sales and so scared as we are getting close to our peak selling period and my business is suffering.
I'm waiting on the SPAIN market to re-activate my account so i can then re-activate my U.S and CA accounts.
Does anyone know how to speed this up? I'm desperate.
You haven't said WHY your Spain account was deactivated. My Italy account was deactivated 4 years ago and a few weeks ago by US/CA accounts were deactivated because of this. I had no option but to work to reactivate my Italy account. It took literally over 30 appeal submissions to get my Italy account back but when it was reactivated I had no issues with US/CA.
Thanks for this, good to know you eventually got it all back up and running. There is hope. The Spain account was deactivated due to needing to validate some ID info. I've never used any of the EU markets and then randomly this happened. I'm hoping they get back to me soon.
When you say over 30 appeal submissions - did you wait for a reply for each submission? or just kept sending them?
Yes, they normally refused it within 24 hours. I then edited the submission and tried again.
I think that's why im finding it even more frustrating as im not getting any reply after days and days now.
I will try sending again in English as i used google translate to Spanish so maybe that was the issue. who knows. T
hanks again for replying i dont feel comepletely alone in this.
