How Many and how often do can you get Vine reviews?
I had 5 and I have used them up and was wondering when they will replenish again.

This varies depending on the product and reviewers, some products may not even receive a review, there is no guarantee.
However, after 90 days Amazon assume no more reviews will be received and will set that product’s ASIN status to concluded.
Each ASIN can only be enrolled in Vine once in that ASIN’s lifetime. So can’t be replenished as such.
If you have reached the active enrolment limit, you will need to wait until one of your active enrolments is concluded (received all the expected reviews or were enrolled over 90 days ago or cancelled) before enrolling another ASIN in Vine. This can all be managed from your vine dashboard.
