I’m not sure why. I’ve been selling since last year. The only possible thing I can think of is that maybe my account was under a velocity review? I’ve had a spike in sales, but didn’t receive any warning.

there was a post on here yesterday stating that they had a similar email about adding their card details - its usually when a new ‘site’ is added to your account
check settings - account info - going on holidays and see if any have been added such as sweden
of course it may not be that - it may have been a ‘behind the scenes’ KYC verification

Could be a number of things… Have you recently changed your bank account for any of the marketplaces you sell on? As @The_Little_Shop said a new marketplace could’ve been added to your account. Have you recently been asked to submit any documents for verification? Worth checking Performance Notifications as well if you haven’t done so already as it can be easy to miss things if you don’t check every day.

Ok, thanks everyone. Sweden added to my market places.
