Urgent Help Needed with Subscribe & Save Subscription Transfer Issue
I have a case open with Amazon (Case ID: 10437922472) where we are not receiving any real help.
On October 14th, 2024, I requested to transfer subscriptions for ASINs from their old SKUs to new SKUs.
However, I was informed that the transfers were denied due to a 'low in-stock rate' issue, and the original 170+ subscriptions have now seemingly dissipated. This is extremely concerning, as my ASINs are originally enrolled in the Subscribe & Save program and in addition to this, the new SKUs are not showing up on the S&S dashboard either.
This situation is hindering my business, and I urgently need to restore my subscriptions to the new SKUs. Does anyone have contacts within the UK Subscribe & Save team? Or any emails I can reach out to them directly? Alternatively, are there any Amazon forum moderators who can assist with this matter urgently? I need to resolve this before my subscriptions are lost for good.
