A customer has left some disappointing feedback
The issue that was the cause of the feedback has been resolved

Can anyone provide any templates on successful ‘tried-and-tested’ ways to request the customer to update / remove the review please?

Advise your customer to follow this link, locate the specific order and then remove the unwanted feedback by clicking on the “Remove” button:
