Product used or refurbished or collectible condition?

Hi, I have 27 NEW products which Amazon say i need approval to sell. When i click to see why i get the above message! I raised this issue 12 months ago in case log but have yet to get a reply!! Anyone got any ideas of how i might get an answer from Amazon?

So it’s an item you buy from wholesalers but branded as yours… So they shouldn’t be selling on it anyway…are you brand registered?
