Product price keeps changing
Hi all,
I’ve given up trying to speak to Amazon seller support regarding this, so I’m hoping someone here can offer some advice.
We have a product that we sell frequently on Amazon that we want to retail at £13.49. It has somehow ended up with a minimum price of £5.00 and a maximum price of £21.00. The retail price keeps reverting back to £10.49 even after we update the price to £13.49. We don’t have any automated pricing rules.
Having spoken with Amazon support on numerous occasions about this the advice that invariably comes back is to change the minimum price to £13.48 and the maximum price to £13.50, and set the retail price at £13.49, as shown in the screenshots below (we’ve got two versions of the product — one for FBA and one for Merchant Fulfilment)
We save the changes and everything looks good for a few hours but sooner or later the minimum and maximum prices revert to £5.00 and £21.00 respectively and the retail price reverts to £10.49.
I’m tearing my hair out over this. I’m sure it’s a simple setting but nobody at Seller Support seems to know what to do.

I’ve asked seller support if it’s possible to simply remove the minimum and maximum pricing to stop this happening but I can’t get a straight answer.
-
There’s no way for me to just remove the minimum and maximum pricing and save. There’s no option to save after I remove the figures. So I HAVE to enter a price.
-
There are plenty of other products in our catalogue that don’t have min and max pricing against them.
-
We don’t have any automated pricing rules, or any third party software managing pricing
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The screenshot which you posted appears to be from the Fix Pricing Alerts page.
Set your price through the Manage Pricing page.

These screenshots are from the Manage Pricing page, not the Fix Pricing Alerts page

That is correct. After they are entered you have to have something in the fields …
Because they haven’t been entered yet, so they can remain blank.
Is there any chance you have a file upload where this SKU is still included?

Hi,
Do you know where I’d check to see if we still have a file upload? I’m not too familiar with flat file uploads. Are you suggesting Amazon might be syncing prices with a file that we’ve previously uploaded?
