Account not verified yet after nearly 2 years
We are a small charity that has been trying to register since Feb 2023 to sell a small number of books we've self-published on Amazon, since we have people around the world asking for our paperback books rather than just our kindle books.
After many months of struggle to register all our details correctly, and supplying information from our charity, trustees, etc, we are still deactivated because it says that we have tried to set up another account and Amazon are asking for documentation to prove that this isn't the case.
1. No one is answering my enquiries asking what kind of documentation we need to provide to prove that we haven't duplicated our account - the correct answer is we can't prove a negative.
2. We haven't set up another account, since one is more than enough.
How can you get out of the loop that resubmits an appeal, Amazon then asks for documentation, we ask what documentation we could possibly provide to show that we haven't opened another account, and then our account remains deactivated?

This can happen if you started to open an account - left it - then started again. Amazon count this as another account. If this is the case you need to revert to the first original account and get that one verified - then close the second.
