Unable to contact Amazon support or create new case
Hi all
I seem to be going round in circles. I have a problem on amazon.es where a product title is incorrect. If I choose the edit option, my changes are not accepted after 24 hours and if I go to the form to notify Amazon, it doesn’t work as the search box won’t find my products.
And to make it worse…
The Contact Us button on the help page just loops back to the help page. I’ve been through quite a few hoops, but always end up back at help.
And next…
I don’t seem to be able to find an option to create a new case so I’ve run out of ideas on contacting Amazon.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Go to ‘Get Support’ -> ‘Contact Us’ -> ‘Selling on Amazon’ -> pick one of the options on the right (‘Manage Customer Feedback’ for example) -> ‘Your Account’ (on the left) -> ‘Other Account Issues’ -> choose email/phone/chat to create your case.

If you are unable to open a case regardless, it is possible that you have been blocked from submitting new cases due to violating the Duplicate Cases Policy (already happened to me).

Yeah every time I need to make a change I find myself going round in circles. I just spoke to a helpful guy from Spain who said he would modify the title for me. He also said he would provide a link to the catalogue people to make it easier in the future but he didn’t send it lol. Oh well, here’s to jumping through hoops
