Additional information is required to verify your account

Hi,

So it’s been over a year and a half that my account is blocked for suspicious activity and my money is being held in Amazon.

I just want to recuperate my funds, and I know I have to send an email to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk

The problem is I don’t have access to the email inbox of the amazon account. I logged in my Amazon account and tried to change the email adress associated to the account.

After doing so, I have this message:

"Additional information is required to verify your account

Please provide the information or upload documents as requested. You may not disburse funds while your verification is occurring. Verifications can take over 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases."

It’s been almost a month now that I am waiting.

What should I do?
