My Amazon UK Seller Central account has been deactivated. I have provided the necessary information to the Amazon Health Performance team, but the issue remains unresolved.
Here’s a brief overview of the situation:
a) I created my Amazon UK Seller Central account in September 2023, passed all validation checks, and began trading without any issues.
b) In March 2024, my UK seller account was deactivated due to alleged fraudulent transactions linked to another account. Upon investigation, I discovered that a USA seller account had been created without my knowledge. This account was deactivated because I hadn’t completed the verification process, as I was unaware of its existence.
Currently, I need to reactivate the USA seller account to proceed with reactivating my UK account. Amazon has requested the following documents:
1. Bank charge card statement - provided
2. Company registration certificate/license - provided
3. Utility bill (gas, internet, water) for my company address - this is an issue since my company address is a forwarding address rented from another company. They won't provide a utility bill but can issue an official letter confirming that I rent the address.
I have communicated these details to the Amazon Health Performance team, but I am not receiving any assistance.
Does anyone know how to escalate this matter to higher authorities at Amazon? My inventory, worth a significant amount, is currently suspended. It seems like my responses to Amazon are being handled by an AI system instead of a human.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
