Creating A Variation [Rating/Reviews Not Showing]

Hi, I have a health supplement selling on FBA. I have created a variation of the listing (same product just a different number of pills and therefore a different bottle size). The listing is showing as a variation in my inventory however when I open up the listing the existing star ratings and reviews are not there. Is this normal? I was wondering if these would return once I have added stock to this and the listing is searchable? Or by amending the count and size attributes have I trigged this somehow? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns with missing reviews on variations. In general it can take a little bit of time for reviews to appear after adjustments to a variation however if it has been over a week I'd recommend reaching out to Seller Support to request an investigation into the missing reviews.
