Is a Suspended account Uk only
Hi Can anyone please give me your two penneth worth on this situation.
My cousin has an Amazon account which is suspended due to some stupid issue (I wont bother you over why), however, a buyer from DE has today bought a high net worth item 250 Euro off him.
My question is this, as his £13.48 is still being held and nothing is being allowed to be listed on UK (since May) on the account, does it mean that he can ship the DE purchase in the safety and he will get the money straight away through DE section payments or will it flag up on the account in general and they will try to block that?

It sounds like your cousin’s Seller Account was suspended on the UK marketplace over issues related to metrics, as these suspensions will only ever affect the single international site with problems.
The order should be definitely shipped just like any other sale. As soon as the shipment gets confirmed, the funds will be added to the balance the regular way.

Her suspension was due to the fact she sold herbal tablets which went missing in the post, she then replaced them then refunded the buyer as a gesture of good will.
Weeks later Amazon sited that although her account had the tablets listed as out of stock (she had no more), the tablets breached a banned substance which cant be sold on Amazon, however other sellers still list them (they are only herbs bought at any counter shop).
Amazon said she had to write out a ‘War and Peace’ amount of what she should do to over selling in the future etc; etc.
She took offence to this and told them to 'Go and ‘Do One’.
Account still suspended
