Urgent Help Needed: DHL Shipment Signed but Not Received by Amazon – What to Do?

I’m facing an issue with my FBA shipment and need some advice.
On November 22, 2024, I shipped 13 boxes via DHL to an Amazon fulfillment center (split into two shipments). However, three boxes from one of the shipments have not been received by Amazon.
I submitted DHL’s POD (Proof of Delivery) and the invoice to request reimbursement, but Amazon responded:
“We have completed a second investigation and confirmed that we have not received the missing three boxes. The shipment has been audited and verified.”
The problem is that DHL’s POD clearly shows the shipment was successfully signed for. If Amazon didn’t receive it, then where did these three boxes go?
I had previously posted this issue, and an Amazon representative named Ka kindly responded to my post asking for the FBA shipment ID and support case ID to investigate further. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the response in time, and the thread has now been locked.
I’d appreciate it if someone from Amazon customer support could assist me with this issue and provide further guidance on how to resolve it.

as Ka already responded to you, I opened the old Thread with him for you, so you can respond to his message now and tell him the Shipment ID and Support Case ID.
