Brand registry Images Rejected error
Hi my brand registry was rejected twice the latest one is case 14566324631. "The product images provided in your application do not display your brand name permanently affixed to the product. Provide images that display physical products with your brand name. Computer generated images are not accepted."
I have uploaded 5 photos with close up shots of many different products we have with laser etched logo. None of them are computer generated I am not sure why it keeps getting rejected. All the photos clearly show several physical products with our trademark.

Thank you for reaching out to me.
I looked at your images in your application and some of the images were hard to see the brand name attached.
Are you able to submit a new application with images that have the brand name more close up, perhaps images of the product in your hand as well?

Brand Registry is just as bad as all other parts of Amazon customer service. I had to scratch one of my products to show that the mark was permanent. It would help if a video could be uploaded because the scratching of the etching in a video makes a slight noise. Good luck.
